WOLFGANG FRISCH is an Austrian-based composer, producer, multi-instrumentalist and founding member of the Vienna-based sound collective SOFA SURFERS.

 

SOFA SURFERS won the 2013 AUSTRAIN AMADEUS AWARD for BEST ALTERNATIVE ALBUM.

 

In addition to his work for film and theater, he is active with his band and involved in various side-projects.

 

WOLFGANG FRISCH has been nominated by the AUSTRIAN FILM ACADEMY for his scores for

„Das ewige Leben“ and „Cops“, and by the HELLENIC FILM ACADEMY for his score for „Animal“.
